Mark, one of the newest shareholders at GT, is the former Chief Health Counsel and Health Policy Director for the Senate Finance Committee where he was instrumental in the coverage, financing and delivery system provisions of health care reform.

The program will also feature an introduction by Liz Fowler, Special Assistant to the President for Healthcare and Economic Policy at the National Economic Council at the White House.

During the health reform debate, Liz served as Senior Counsel to the Chair and Chief Health Counsel to Senate Finance Committee Chairman, Senator Max Baucus (D-MT), where she played a critical role in development of the committee and Senate health reform legislation.

This program will also feature an additional presentation by Greenberg Traurig Health Care Shareholder and former Vice Chair, of the New York State Public Health Council, Francis Serbaroli.
